Below is the important Information you will need to email to Jennifer Kennedy at rc@wwwcccl.com


Before the signing the community RC, each property owner wishing to participate must provide:

• Full legal name(s) of all property owners listed on title
• Latest copy of title - click here on how to obtain a CURRENT copy of title ( if you cannot obtain a current copy let us know and we can arrange )
• Residential address
• Residential and/or cell phone number
• Business address and business phone number (if applicable)
• Email address
• Occupation
• Government‑issued photo ID for each owner listed on title (photo of driver’s license)

Once all of the  items have been emailed please bring a cheque made out to “Joseph M. Shafir In Trust” for $525 and drop it off at Mr. Shafir's office located in Laurier at 14240 85 ave, right beside Sweet Pea Cafe. Alternativley there is an off hours mailslot you can access.

Mr Shafir's office will then prepare your file and call you once it is ready to sign. Once everyone has signed their respective files/documents, Mr. Shafir will register the RC with Land Titles. 

 

Once Mr. Shafir receives confirmation from Land Titles that everything is in order the RC will be registered on title. You will then receive an updated copy of the title via email showing the registration.
