To obtain a CURRENT copy of title, have your linc number or your legal description handy and go to :

 

https://alta.registries.gov.ab.ca/spinii/logon.aspx  > login as a guest > I agree >  search > titles and registration documents > plan block or unit ( linc number if you have that ) > fill in number and press go and follow the prompts to pay on line and they will email you a copy of your CURRENT title - of which you can email to ME!
